Refund Policy
Trial, cancellation and refund terms for FlowMan.net subscriptions.
1. Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, no charge occurs without an explicit subscription.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel anytime from My account → Billing (or via the Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep full access until then, with no further charge.
3. Refunds
- Monthly subscription — full refund on request within 7 days of the first charge of a new subscription. Beyond that, the current month is not refunded.
- Annual subscription — full refund on request within 14 days of payment. Beyond that, pro-rata refund of full unused months in case of termination for FlowMan.net's failure to meet its commitments.
- AI credit packs — refundable within 14 days only if no credit from the pack has been used.
- Plan changes — upgrades are prorated and charged immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal (no refund of the difference).
4. Special cases
In the event of a prolonged major outage attributable to FlowMan.net (see the MSA for Enterprise customers), a proportional credit or refund is granted. Card-fraud refunds follow the Stripe dispute process.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@flowman.net from the account email address, including the invoice number. Response within 2 business days; refund issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (Stripe banking delays).
