Terms of Use

Rules governing the use of the FlowMan.net suite and its AI modules.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Introduction and purpose

The FlowMan.net software suite is designed to support business transformation and agility. Using the platform and its modules implies acceptance of these terms, which govern value creation and interaction with our Artificial Intelligence tools.

2. Workspace-specific terms

  • DiscoveryMan (360 Framing) — When using the phygital capture and visual recognition (OCR) module to digitise physical whiteboards, the user undertakes to hold the rights to the photographed content. FlowMan.net accepts no liability for the nature of the information written on the captured sticky notes.
  • DeliveryMan (Jira-Light for Agile) — The AI assistant (“FlowSense”) provides recommendations for writing User Stories and validating acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD). This tool is a decision aid; final responsibility for backlog quality and validation lies with the Product Owner.
  • MaturityMan (Maturity Radar) — Business Agility assessments are intended as a systemic diagnostic tool. Clients undertake to use the results, including the “Ghost Mode” (comparing management's perception with that of the teams), for continuous improvement and not as an HR sanction tool against employees.
  • PlaybookMan (Target Operating Model) — Team maps (Team Topologies) and job descriptions generated by the dynamic CMS are provided for the client's internal use. The client undertakes not to resell these preconfigured organisational models (Starter Kits).
  • SynergyMan (OKR Cockpit / Agile Governance System) — The “Cost of Delay” simulators and financial prioritisation tools are indicators supporting strategic alignment. They do not constitute legal financial advice in any way and FlowMan.net shall not be liable if the expected ROI (Return on Investment) is not achieved.

3. Accounts, access and security

Access to the platform requires a named account. The client is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for actions carried out through its accounts. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enforced after five sign-ins. Sharing an account between several individuals is prohibited; each user corresponds to one billed seat.

4. Licence and restrictions

FlowMan.net grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the subscription term. In particular, the following are prohibited: reselling or sub-licensing the platform, reverse engineering, large-scale automated content extraction, unauthorised penetration testing, and any use that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

5. Trial, subscriptions and payment

The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card required and no automatic charge. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed per seat via Stripe. Upgrades are prorated and billed immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in the Refund policy.

6. Personal data and content ownership

Content created or imported by the client (workshops, frameworks, backlogs, answers) remains its exclusive property. FlowMan.net acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR: see the Privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The client can at any time get a full export of its data (ZIP) and request permanent deletion of its account.

7. Artificial Intelligence — limitations

AI features (framework generation, action plans, FlowSense analyses, prioritisation) produce decision-support recommendations. They may contain errors or approximations: the client remains solely responsible for checking them and for decisions made on their basis. Content submitted to the AI is not used to train third-party models.

8. Availability and support

FlowMan.net strives to keep the platform continuously available (encrypted daily backups, 14-day retention), without any service-level guarantee for self-service plans. Enterprise clients benefit from contractual commitments (SLA, penalties, RPO/RTO) defined in the Master Service Agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlowMan.net's total cumulative liability is capped at the amounts paid by the client over the last 12 months. FlowMan.net is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, business or customers) or for business decisions made on the basis of the platform's indicators or recommendations.

10. Suspension, termination and reversibility

FlowMan.net may suspend an account, after notice, in the event of a serious breach of these terms (fraudulent use, non-payment, security breach). The client may terminate at any time; it keeps access until the end of the paid period and may export all of its data before permanent deletion.

11. Client references and the “solutions*” mention

* These organizations used one of these tools, a variant, an earlier version, an alpha or an MVP of these solutions, as part of consulting and agile-coaching engagements. The brands and names cited belong to their respective owners and imply no partnership or endorsement.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). Any dispute shall first be subject to a 30-day attempt at amicable resolution. For Enterprise clients, the MSA may provide for a different governing law.
