Question 1

What is FlowMan.net?

Accepted Answer

FlowMan.net is a Value Flow Management suite bringing together seven workspaces — MaturityMan (agile maturity assessment), DiscoveryMan (product discovery), PlaybookMan (agile operating model / TOM), DeliveryMan (agile delivery, PI Planning, debt audit, flow X-ray), SynergyMan (Serious Games & interactive decks), ValueMan (value & budget steering) and BoardMan (executive cockpit) — to drive enterprise agility end to end.

Question 2

Can each workspace be subscribed separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes for MaturityMan, DiscoveryMan, PlaybookMan, DeliveryMan and SynergyMan, which each work standalone. ValueMan comes with DeliveryMan and PlaybookMan (it prices value from the real flow and capacity), and BoardMan is included in the full FlowMan offer (it consolidates every workspace). Within a bundle, data flows automatically between workspaces.

Question 3

How does the agile maturity assessment work?

Accepted Answer

MaturityMan measures your organisation's maturity across 12 dimensions through an interactive workshop board, then generates living radars and an AI-assisted action plan — in a single session.

Question 4

Does FlowMan.net cover PI Planning and agile delivery at scale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DeliveryMan manages portfolios, products, a hierarchical backlog, PI Planning with a dependency graph and a velocity cockpit — connecting strategy to execution.

Question 5

What is an agile operating model (TOM) in PlaybookMan?

Accepted Answer

PlaybookMan helps you formalise roles, rituals, Team Topologies and dependencies to build a clear, shared and exportable Target Operating Model (TOM).

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes: a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can then scale up at your own pace.

Question 7

Which languages and currencies does FlowMan.net support?

Accepted Answer

The interface is fully bilingual (French / English) and pricing is shown in EUR and USD.
